RCD is essential for the foundation
drilling of large diameter(1000 to 4000
mm) Cast In-place piles. This equipment
is in use when drilling a borehole through
soft and hard rock layers for construction
of foundation. A set of drill string
with special bit is used when drilling
in the borehole and the crashed stones
are sucked out through drill pipe rods
by means of air lifting during drilling.
Features
The drilling speed is maximized with the
power by controlling hydraulic oil pressure.
Low vibration and low noise are a great
advantage for construction in the urban area.
By replacing a few parts, the diameter of
1,000 to 2,500mm hole can be drilled.
Because drillpipe can be connected to the
machine by tiltable pipe rack and gear box
without tilting of master, so the efficiency
is increased.
Durability can be accomplished by using
special bit.
