Casing
Oscillator
General
Oscillator is in use for insertion
and retraction of casing adopted ALL
CASING(BENOTO) method for foundation
work of buildings and bridges. Insert
diameter 1 to 3 meter casing by oscillating
it with hydraulic cylinders, simultaneously
remove soils and gravels from inside
of the casing using hammer grabs and/or
chisels for breaking rocks. Once the
casing reached predetermined depth,
the reinforced bar cage is inserted,
the concrete is filled through tremie
pipe, the casing is retracted, and thus
a cast-in-place concrete pile is constructed
under the ground.
Features
By replacing the adapter, diameter of 1,000
to 2,500mm pile can be constructed.
Adopting 5-link clamping collar prevents
casing deformation by distributed clamping
force.
The verticality can be easily controlled
when inserting casing.
Stability and durability are accomplished
by optimized computer aided engineering and
odoption of high-strength material.
Advanced hydraulic system and remote control
system guarentee the safety of the machine
in operation.
