KSV65BS1
Product Characteristics£º
1¡¢Thanks to a control
valve for suction in a screw compressor,it
is possible to operate the compressor
seamlessly by using different valve
types.
2¡¢ KSV 65BS1 role is to secure and control
air suction by implementing the Buttery
Control Disk and Swing check Valve.
3¡¢ KSV 65BS1 has a special type of attachable
Venting Valve (KV V-BS1),which
include Servo-Cylinder(KSV)and Solenold
Valve.
4¡¢ Servo-Cylinder(KSV)in piston type
device that operates by softly inserted
orificeat the nozzle assuring good durability.
5¡¢ Verting Valve(KV V-BS1)has clean
pipe mounting the Solenoid Valve to
the mainbody.During unloading process
it sends some portions of venting air
to Air End with the purpose of Air End
noise reduction.

Caution:
1¡¢Do not ever attempt
to dissemble a body during pressurized.
2¡¢ The air compressor and the suction
control valve must be decompressed before
dismantle the valve from the air compressor.
Examples:
1¡¢Start-up:Solenoid Valve
S(NC)with Venting Valve is being closed. The
Control Disc is set-up in the idle position
and the oil separateor is vented by
the venting valve V(NO)
2¡¢Full load :Solenold Valve S(NC)with
a venting Valve is opened. The Venting
ValveV(NO)is closed and the Control
Disc for the Suction Valve(KSV)is opened
by the Servo Cylinder(KSC)
3¡¢Idlling : Solenold Valve S(NC)with
Venting Valve is closed the Control
Disc of the KSV is also closed by the
KSC
4¡¢Shut-down,stand-by:The control Disc
and Check Flap of the KSV are closed. The
oil separator is vented vin the venting
valve V(NO)
5¡¢Capacity control:Additionally there
is a need for proportioanal controller
formonitoring capacity.The KSC Control
Disc position within the range between
full and 70%load should be partly closed
in accordance to the relevant pressure
at the Proportional Controller inlet.
